No-Show Policy:
After three no-shows, we require prepayment before your next haircut. The no-shows do not have to be consecutive. If you do not prepay, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Please understand that this policy is to protect our stylists’ time and income, as they are independent contractors who are not paid hourly.
We understand things happen, which is why we give you the benefit of the doubt until the third no-show.
Please know you are always welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment online - up to 2-hours in advance. Our stylists have waitlists and can fill cancelled appointments. If you need to cancel within 2-hours of your appointment, you must call the shop (612- 470-0010) or reach out to your stylist directly via their personal email or Instagram. If you communicate or cancel online, we will not consider it a no-show.
