No-Show Policy:
After three no-shows, we require prepayment for your next haircut. If you do not prepay, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This policy protects our stylists’ time and income, as they are independent contractors not paid hourly.
We understand that things happen, so we give you the benefit of the doubt until the third no-show.
Canceling and Rescheduling:
Please note that you can always cancel or reschedule your appointment online, up to two hours in advance. Our stylists have waitlists and can fill canceled appointments.
If you need to cancel within two hours of your appointment, you must call the shop or contact your stylist directly via their personal email or Instagram. If you communicate or cancel online, it won’t be considered a no-show.
